Our milling department consists of thirty CNC machines, both vertical and horizontal. This allows us to provide a wide range from single piece production to serial work. Our largest vertical envelope is 2500x1260x900mm, while our horizontal envelope goes up to 1050x900x1000mm.
In keeping with Mecamar’s commitment to staying up-to-date on manufacturing technologies, we recently acquired an Ibarmia ZVH Star which gives us 5-axes simultaneous production capability. The machining enelope is 3000x800x800mm including the C axis with a swing of 1100mm.
Recently, we chose HyperMILL as our new CAD/CAM software due to its superior features in programming either simple or very complex parts.
